As a specialist, independent tour operator, we recognise and appreciate the performance and abilities of both our UK and overseas team. We know that their dedication and commitment ensures that our customers have the best holiday possible. We can honestly say that we know each of our staff on an individual basis - a name and a face - rather than a payroll number!

Reservation Staff

When you’re booking your holiday – if you have any questions about the resorts or the hotels – then our UK reservations staff are happy to assist you. We have many Turkish reservation staff – and we take pride in the fact that most have first hand knowledge of the resorts and hotels. If there is a specific area you need to have information on – our staff will be more than happy to double check with the resort to ensure that you have the relevant information to make your booking with us.

Resort Staff

All of the WingsAbroad resort staff are local people, ie they are either permanent native Turkish people or they are British ex-pats who have made their home in Turkey. We feel that this is very important as all our in-resort staff are able to speak the language and actually living in the area means they are able to give our guests a much better quality service. They are there to help you and to answer any questions you may have should you need them. And of course – the reason they have made their home in Turkey is because they love the country, climate, people, culture, food and generally all things Turkish! They will know all the local secrets – including the market days, the best buys for that area, the most interesting places to visit and how to get there, what to avoid, traditional cuisine to try and anything else you may want to know.

Which ever airport you arrive at in Turkey (Bodrum, Antalya or Dalaman), you will be met by one of the WingsAbroad staff who will ensure your smooth onward transfer (either by coach, mini-bus or taxi) to your accommodation. They will be visiting the hotels the following day to give you information on the local resort and general area – and to answer any questions you may have. Should you require any assistance during your stay – then you will have been given a local number to contact a member of our resort team.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday – then our resort team are there to help you. You should make them aware as soon as possible of your complaint – so that they can do everything possible to rectify the situation. We want you to have a fantastic holiday when you are in Turkey – rather than sorting it out when you return. Our policy is definitely not to fob off our guests to take up any issues back in the UK, which could be put right while you are there.
